Every student is required to complete an Admissions Application to attend the Metropolitan Institute of Design. For your convenience, you may apply online or download the form above (Adobe Acrobat Reader Required) and either fax, mail or email the completed application to:

INTERIOR DESIGN PROGRAM
Metropolitan Institute of Design requires each applicant to meet the following criteria for acceptance:
Complete and submit an Admissions Application to the Admissions Office.
Provide proof of graduation from secondary education or high school equivalency. This can be in the form of a diploma or official transcript. Applicants who have previously attended a college or university can have official transcripts sent to the admissions office.
Schedule an interview with the Executive Director. This meeting is to ascertain the applicant's motivation, interest and time availability.

FENG SHUI PROGRAM
Feng Shui Admission requires each applicant to meet the following criteria for acceptance:
All students must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Please mail your biography, check and application form in a RED Envelope.
Your biography should include the following:
- Work History
- Feng Shui Classes you have attended
- Feng Shui books read
- Your interest in Feng Shui
